Now we all know Monica Culpepper is a total badass and I'm sure her kids think she's pretty cool. But once again it ties into her overall arc of stepping out of her husband's shadow and becoming her own woman. Like as much as her kids much adore her, I'm sure they're always super proud to say their Dad played for the NFL.

"Oh she stays at home and helps around the house." Judge replies happily. "She's pretty awesome too."
"Oh yeah I guess that's okay..." Slutty Malibu mumbles, with much less enthusiasm.

"Yes she most certainly was!" Judge replies happily. "She was runner up AND she won three individual immunity challenges. Such a badass!"

ANYWAY I think I'm getting a little off track here but this is certainly a great quote because Monica most certainly proved she was a badass this season. Now Brad can spend the rest of his life being 'Monica's Husband' <3

Mmmm another early season Monica quote to show her strategic prowess and just how much she's grown since One World <3
One of the great things about Monica is that she can stay true to her character but still play the game hard. Like she would never viciously go after someone just because they were a threat or they were annoying her. Like in this episode, for example, she had no plans to go after Kat following the last immunity challenge. When she caught wind of Kat trying to target her, however, that's when she had to turn things around on Kat. She's not going out of her way to deceive people or lie or be nasty - it's just what she has to do to ensure her own survival.
So I hear this quote and it makes me so happy that Monica Culpepper is a beautiful force to be reckoned with. She once again also has great delivery with the conviction she gives and her wonderfully stiff arm movements make it even better (lol idk what I'm saying <3).
But yeah it's a (nice try) cool quote but not to the likes of some of the others.

So when Hayden gets up to be a little bitch to Monica at the Final Tribal Council, he starts it off with a couple compliments saying how much he loves both Monica and Brad. It's then when Monica spurts out this little Brad quote about how "she made him" the man he is. It was so (nice try) badass and she sounded like some super f.ierce Mob Wife it was great <3 Probst even gives her a little nod of agreement, confirming that she is the True Culpepper.


I honestly don't have that much more to say about this quote but I do love how Monica doesn't keep things humble (for like the first time in her life) and says plain and simple that Brad Culpepper would not be The Brad Culpepper withou her.

Now this is the first of many heartbreaking Monica Culpepper quotes in this ranking so I hope you have those tissues ready </3
This particular quote comes in the middle of Laura Morrett's emotional grilling of our favourite neat lady. There's a bunch of quotes from Laura's questioning that are pretty great but this is the first one that gets a spot in the top 20. It actually just comes after Monica's "there's nothing interesting about Monica" quote, where Laura then asks how everyone's grievances with Monica didn't break her. Of courseMonica cries back that it did break her but also makes note that its helped her grow into an even stronger person.
So I love Monica's entire final tribal council performance (one of the best of all time??) mainly because of how raw and emotionally charged it is. Ife brought up a great point before about how emotionless the jury really was. And man does it show! Half the jury pretty much takes turns getting up, slamming into Monica, and then starts begging her to show them 'the real Monica'. And then question after question, Monica is brought to tears as she pours her heart out all over the jury...YET THEY STILL (nice try) CONTINUE. By the time Hayden got up to ask his question I just wanted to punch him in the face (though he did provoke one of the most iconic Monica quotes of all time so thx for that Hayden). Monica obviously had enough of their shit and was thinking exactly what I was thinking;
"I mean, you know, I've passed the test, I've opened up and it's just like let's keep punching her. I mean what do you guys... what is y'all's goal?"

I don't know Monica. I don't know
Anyway this quote is one of many FTC quotes that make me really upset just because of how emotional her delivery is. It isn't exactly memorable by any means but it's still a strong part of her performance and something that will always get to me.

Ahhhh another badass Monica Culepper quote that's especially hard to cut because it also features The Great Thirdpersonica (don't worry, there are plenty more where that came from!). Alas its time in this ranking has ended but we can still appreciate the greatness of it.
Now this was a fantastic quote to hear from Monica, particularly because it came in the episode after her string of UTR episodes. With her winner's edit dying a slow death, it was certainly great to see Neat Lady Monica back in the spotlight. Sadly her showcase in this episode mainly involved getting shit on by the other castaways
This began a conflicting dilemma in which Monica had to decide whether to stick with the guys who had been mocking her behind her back, or flip over to the newbies to exact her revenge. Of course Monica's a smart cookie and saw through Ciera's desperate attempts of scrapping her way into the majority. Like Ciera obviously only cares about her game and I'm not blaming her for trying, but Monica knows that too. She doesn't really care about Monica (well not as much as she cares about her game) so no she's not going to run to Monica every time someone says something bad about her.
But yeah it's another super cool quote in which Monica firmly and furiously shuts down Ciera's shit.
Haters??? Get in line.

Anyway this seems to be the longest quote in the ranking by far but I just couldn't cut anything out of it because it all builds up into the devastating face you see before you.


I've literally already talked about how she wants to become more than a mother and a wife in a previous quote so I won't dwell on that too much again. However, the whole thing still devastates me because it just goes to show how lonely Monica was throughout this game. Like she didn't even think she had friends out there and now she's actually doubting where these people would even be proud of her for doing something on her own.


And she was DESPERATE to find that special thing to make her stand out but sadly the jury was too shitty to give it to her. It continues to piss me off that even after this, Hayden (+ others) actually thought she was being insincere. Like did they really think those speeches she made were just melodramatic monologues to swing jury votes?? Ugh it's (nice try) ridiculous.


But yeah, any Monica quote that can make me well up in sadness deserves a spot in this ranking. No exceptions here.
